    Depending on the signal level you are trying to achieve, you can purchase a Range Extender (1st two links, I would probably recommend the Linksys one, BTW) or you can also search on Newegg for Higher Gain Antennas. In my situation, a larger, directional antenna was able to boost my signal enough and was much cheaper.
