Can I install a second modem/router (2Wire Gateway) in a different location to access internet?
My modem router (2Wire Gateway, 2701-HG-B) signal does not reach my Web radio tuner less than 30 feet away. Have installed Wireless-G Range Expander (Linksys) between. Doesn’t help. Obstruction between PC computer router and tuner consists of two concrete walls and a floor-to-ceiling mirror. Want to install a second modem-router at tuner location. Any conflicts?

You can’t have two DSL routers connected up to the same pair of wires (or phone line) Neither of them will sync up to the equipment in the Central Office.
What you can do is get either some CAT5e or CAT6 cable and run that under, over, or through the walls. You could get a contractor to do it for you, or if you are a DIYer, depending on how the concrete walls are installed, it might not be that hard to do.
